Does sending the form book a treatment?
No. Sending the form only passes your request to a provider. Nothing is booked or agreed until you arrange it with the provider yourself.
Who decides what treatment is suitable for me?
A licensed provider decides, at a consultation, after asking about your health history and looking at the area you want treated. You then decide whether to go ahead.
Who will contact me?
The provider who receives your request contacts you, by phone, text or email, as covered by the consent box on the form. Beginhand Med Spa Match does not call you.
How do I look up a provider's license?
Ask the provider for the full name and license type of the person who will perform your treatment. Then search the website of the state board that licenses that profession.
